Sen. Chuck Graham, D-Columbia, was charged with driving while intoxicated on Wednesday. Mark Richardson, the Cole County prosecuting attorney and the special prosecutor appointed to the case, said he and Bob Murray, Graham’s attorney, filed a motion to move the case to Callaway County. DWI is a Class B misdemeanor and punishable by up to six months in jail. Police arrested Graham on Oct. 20, after an accident on Green Meadows Road involving the senator’s vehicle and two other cars.
