Claire Cole's Profile

After living in a suburb of Madison, Wisconsin for my entire life, I came to Columbia last year to attend Mizzou. I’m currently a sophomore pursuing a journalism degree, with an emphasis in magazine writing.

In the short time I’ve been in the J-school, I’ve developed a passion for news that makes a difference in the community. Being a person who wants to be constantly in the loop, I love being able to present useful, important information to the public in creative and coherent ways.

Away from journalism, I enjoy spending my time swimming laps, reading magazines and books alike, watching old Friends reruns, and spending time with the amazing friends I’ve made during my time here in Missouri.
