Hailing from Houston, Texas, Chris is a photojournalism student minoring in Spanish at MU. Working at The Missourian is bringing her one step closer to becoming a career journalist -- which has been her principal goal in life since she was 10 years old. Chris has previously worked at The Maneater student newspaper as a photographer, writer and photo editor, and at Philmont Scout Ranch as a photographer and staff newsletter manager. She is passionate about journalism, photography, photojournalism and the outdoors.
