Prevailing Wage: The wage rates applicable to this project have been predetermined as required by law and are set forth in the bid. When federal wage rates are applicable and included, this contract is subject to the ?Work Hours Act of 1962?, (P.L. 87-581:76 Stat. 357). OSHA 10: Contractors and sub-contractors who sign a contract to work on a public works project must provide a 10-Hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Material Testing and Certification: All material testing and certifications shall be by an approved third party. The inspector must be MODOT Certified.
