    "Faces of Homeless Youth" photography exhibit and Homeless Youth Awareness Month Kick-Off at 5:30pm on Tuesday, November 10th at the Columbia Public Library. Rainbow House will host this free event for the public to learn more about homeless youth in our community. Artist Hugh Merrill's photo exhibit will be displayed and Presiding Commissioner Ken Pearson will proclaim November as Homeless Youth Awareness Month.
