Winter storm creates hazards in southeast Missouri

Wintry conditions caused problems for communities in southeast Missouri. In Cape Girardeau, cars became stuck in plowed embankments, such as these two cars on William Street on Jan. 27. The plowed snow from main roads, like William Street, make it difficult to get onto smaller side streets.
