Stevenson, who opposes the Sasaki plan, owns 15 rental properties that would be wiped out by the proposed extension of Elm Street, construction of a parking garage and development of new commercial property. He said no one has approached him about selling his land. “This is my livelihood,” he said. “I don’t want to sell it. My livelihood is not for sale. My job is not for sale.”
