Nixon announces cyber crime grants

Missouri Governor Jay Nixon speaks to Boone County law enforcement in the offices of the Mid-Missouri Internet Crimes Task Force in Columbia, where he announced grants to assist local Missouri task forces in fighting cyber crime, on Monday. Nixon chuckled as he recalled how the first Missouri cyber crime search warrant was signed at a barn on the hood of a truck because the judge was working at his farm that day.
