Boone County Sheriff's Department detective Andy Anderson introduces Gov. Jay Nixon at the offices of the Mid-Missouri Internet Crimes Task Force in Columbia, where Nixon appeared to announce grants to assist local Missouri task forces in fighting cyber crime on Monday.
