A 1980 drawing by short-order cook Arthur Koch depicts a scene at Ernie's including a large drawing above the kitchen, except Koch's rendition has Dick Tracy referring to the 1976 disappearance of part-time waitress Becky Doisy. The drawing also features 1976 Ernie's owner, Wayne Gladney, front, and Koch serving customers.
