Richland Road Project

On Thursday night, the Richland Road Project, which proposes annexing and rezoning 271 acres of land, had its third hearing in front of the Planning and Zoning Commission. The project has been modified twice since the first hearing in December 2008. The newest plan reduces residential density in tracts 1, 3 and 5 to allay neighborhood and commission concerns.
