Northeast Area Plan

On Monday, the Columbia City Council will hear public comments before voting on the adoption of the Northeast Columbia Area Plan. The joint planning project between Columbia and Boone County planning officials will guide future development decisions for a 5-square-mile area near the proposed site of a new Columbia public high school.
