INTERACTIVE GRAPHIC | The Columbia and Boone County Planning commissions will hold the second of three public meetings Tuesday to discuss the future of a 21-square-mile area east of Columbia. To prepare for growth, city and county officials have begun work on the East Columbia Area Plan — a document that will combine community input with a environmental and infrastructure data to inform future planning decisions.
