EPA to review cinder regulation

The Environmental Protection Agency has begun to review the decision on regulating coal ash waste, or cinders, by researching if coal ash waste is hazardous. The point when specific chemicals that can be found in cinders become dangerous depends on factors including the amount of materials, location and rainfall.
