Multifunctional ice cream

Food Sciences Ph.D. student Ting-Ning Lin explains the ice cream tasting process to Yichun Chung and Iting Lu who have volunteered to taste Lin's ice cream at Eckles Hall on June 11. Lin has created her own ice cream as part of her Ph.D. project. Her objective was to make a multifunctional ice cream which would provide consumers with probiotics, prebiotics, fiber and antioxidants.
