Putting on the finishing touches

Chef Craig Cyr of Wine Cellar and Bistro puts the finishing touches on his homemade soft tacos right before the judging begins at the 2010 Taste of the Market event at the Columbia Farmers' Market on Saturday. Cyr was one of the three chefs who competed in the Iron Chef competition. He made soft tacos with rainbow trout and vegetables, wrapped with a homemade tortilla and topped with peach salsa.
