MAP: Intersection improvements for Providence and Green Meadows
September 17, 2010 | 12:00 p.m. CDT
Improvements at the intersection of Providence Road and East Green Meadows Road are designed to make it safer for pedestrians and cyclists. Three concrete islands will be added to give each of the corners a median for pedestrians and cyclists and divert right-turning traffic. Lanes will be widened slightly for this change. Also, a separate, paved bike path begins at Outer Road and East Green Meadows.
