Wheeler sings with West Boulevard Students

Roots ‘N’ Blues ‘N’ BBQ Festival artist T.J. Wheeler taught the third-graders at West Boulevard Elementary School about music as a part of the Blues in the Schools Program. Wheeler spent Wednesday afternoon singing with the children and educating them about the origin of blues music.
