Locally harvested prawns part of campus menu

Tim Reinbott holds prawn that were raised at the Bradford Research and Extension Center, one of the Agricultural Experiment Stations owned by the University of Missouri. The majority of the prawn, which have been growing since June, were harvested this week and sent to Campus Dining Services.
