Bob Jenkins, salesman for Accurate Heating & Cooling; Adrienne Stolwyk, architect for Peckham & Wright Architects, Inc.; Eduardo Crespi, director and founder of Centro Latino; and Tim Colton, a contract plumber, discuss plans and materials needed for the future site of the Comedor Popular on Tuesday. Comedor Popular will be a plant-based eatery to be built in the First Ward, which typically lacks healthy eating options. Eduardo Crespi, the visionary for this project, foresees Comedor Popular being a community center with public health services, as well as an eatery.
