Pedestrians use paths in the streets downtown

Pedestrians navigate downtown Wednesday morning using paths created by street plows since most sidewalks remain unshoveled. City crews were working through the night and morning to try to clear snow piles, many exceeding 6 feet in height, from the centers of downtown streets.
