Brian Rehg receives Columbia Fund for Academic Excellence award

Columbia School District Superintendent Chris Belcher shakes the hand of second-grade teacher and honoree Brian Rehg on Friday. Belcher received the Columbia Fund for Academic Excellence award along with five other Columbia teachers.
