Proposition B: Original, bill and compromise

Voters ratified Proposition B in November, which prevents cruelty in large dog breeding organizations, and will go into effect November 2011. Missouri General Assembly passed a bill last week that changes the original legislation before it goes into effect. On Monday, leaders of animal rights, farming and breeding groups agreed to a compromise, which Nixon supports. Here’s a quick look at the differences between all three.
