CLARIFICATION:In total, 24,962 individual shoes were collected to break the Guinness world record.

This pair of orange Converse shoes represent the Guinness record-breaking number for the amount of laced shoes collected for the Shoeman Water Project in Columbia at Stankowski Field. Shoes have been collected for over six months and volunteers lined a majority of them over Stankowski Field on May 7.
