Karl Johnson hauls bags of laced shoes from one end of Stankowski Field to the other on Saturday. Johnson is in charge of the Shoeman Water Project collection in Columbia and was proud to announce that 24,962 individual shoes were donated. In the end, these shoes will go out to any of 100 developing countries.
