St. Louis sculptor Don Wiegand speaks at the unveiling ceremony of his sculpture of Winston Churchill on Friday outside of the National Churchill Museum at Westminster College in Fulton. It took Wiegand two years to complete the project, along with the help of others. "When I'm sculpting, it's not a one man project, I'm just the interpreter,” said Wiegand.
