Frederick "Toots" Hibbert performs at Summerfest

Frederick "Toots" Hibbert performs on the outdoor stage of the 9th Street Summerfest on Wednesday. Toots and the Maytals headlined the event and were supported by local band Man in the Ring and Honey Island Swamp Band from New Orleans.
