Crews build temporary fencing for the Roots 'N' Blues 'N' BBQ Festival

Josh Mealy hands temporary fencing down to Kraig Greene in downtown Columbia on Thursday. Crews began assembling the ground for the Roots 'N' Blues 'N' BBQ Festival on Thursday morning.
