Lights wait to be attached as stages are constructed

Lights are piled along the sidewalk behind Peace Park as a stage is constructed for the Roots 'N' Blues 'N' BBQ Festival on Thursday. Over 30 musical acts will converge on downtown Columbia over the weekend.
