Local artist works on Seventh Street traffic box

Local artist Stephanie Foley is working on this traffic box at Seventh Street and Broadway as part of the Traffic Box Art Program for the City of Columbia on Wednesday. The program aims to combat graffiti and create unique art in downtown. Foley is a freelance graphic designer and graduated from MU with a bachelor's degree in fine arts.
