GRAPHIC: Columbia Regency mobile home park rezoning
October 13, 2011 | 9:32 a.m. CDTThe Columbia City Council is scheduled to vote Monday on a request to rezone Columbia Regency mobile home park. If approved, the rezoning would pave the way for construction of the proposed Aspen Heights student apartment complex. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended the council reject the rezoning, arguing in part that the proposed density of 9.5 dwelling units per acre is too high. Several apartment complexes in the area have higher densities.
