Family celebrates World Hoop Day

Olivia Park, 18 months, watches as her sister Nari Park, 6, hands scissors to their father, Sichan Park, during the World Hoop Day celebration Friday at Flat Branch Park. The World Hoop Day organization, Burn Circus and The Hulagans, a mid-Missouri hoop group, and Burn Circus organized the event.
