Compost center will make MU dining halls more sustainable

At the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Bradford Research Center's new composting facility, they delivered the first truck of food waste from the MU dining halls. These two buckets of food were produced from one dining hall in one day. The campus dining halls turn out approximately 270 tons of food waste annually.
