CHART: MU STEM graduation and retention rate

STEM stands for subjects in science, technology, engineering and mathematics fields. MU has a higher retention rate for STEM majors than the nationwide rate cited in a 2010 UCLA study. In that study, just 40 percent of students remained in STEM fields until graduation at 720 colleges and universities nationwide.
