Orthodox rabbi speaks to guests

Avremi Lapine, rabbi of the Orthodox Congregation in Columbia, speaks to his guests toward the end of a Hanukkah celebration Sunday afternoon at Chabad House on East Brandon Road. Lapine uses his home as Chabad House. He is one of two Jewish spiritual leaders in Columbia.
