Memorial set up in the parking lot of Peppers Nightclub honors Tevin Nelson

The family of Tevin Nelson, who died Oct. 31 after he was shot in the head in the parking lot of Peppers Nightclub, created a heart shaped memorial out of candles in the same parking lot. The memorial has Tevin's initials.
