MAP: Missouri Among States with the Fewest Driving Distraction Laws

Missouri is one of the most lax states in number of cellphone-related distraction laws with only one, a ban on texting for drivers under 21. Most states have between two and four laws, with some as high as five. Very few states have no laws at all.
