Jello shots at Jazz

Alyssa Nielson purchases a dollar jello shot from Heather Manhardt at Jazz, a Louisiana kitchen restaurant, in Columbia on Tuesday. Nielson was at the restaurant to celebrate Mardi Gras and watch the Missouri basketball game.
