Marionettes for the Masses

The National Marionette Company of Chicago came to the Heritage Festival on the weekend of Sept. 16 and 17.

Ralph Kipniss, the Master Puppeteer of the company, brought marionettes to life with the National Marionette Company of Chicago's redition of "Pinocchio."
