CHART: City plans to expand McBaine treatment plant

The city of Columbia is considering different plans to increase the water treatment plant at the McBaine Bottoms. The city can currently treat 32 million gallons of water a day, and expanding the plant could increase its capacity to more than 60 million gallons.
