City looking to expand water treatment plant

The city is looking at expanding the Columbia Regional Water Treatment Plant to some of the surrounding land. The project will cost about $65 million if it is approved and will almost double the amount of water the city can treat each day. This is a rooftop view of the plant in McBaine on March 13.
