Columbia church observes Palm Sunday

Congregations throughout Columbia gathered to observe Palm Sunday the week before Easter. Palm Sunday is in remembrance of Jesus' entrance to the city of Jerusalem and patrons are provided palm branches to be blessed during the Mass.
