Photos are displayed on Interstate 70 near the Moberly Area Community College's Columbia location on Wednesday afternoon as part of the national Inside Out Project the college is participating in. This is the second installation of the project led by adjunct instructor Andrew Glenn. The photos will remain on the fence all semester. According to the national Inside Out Project's website, " Everyone is challenged to use black and white photographic portraits to discover, reveal and share the untold stories and images of people around the world."
