Rock Bridge Brewing Co. celebrated its launch at Shakespeare's Pizza on Wednesday. The company currently brews three beers, Sif's Blonde Ale, Farmer's Daughter Saison and Cysquatch IPA.
Stu Burkemper, a full-time brewmaster at Rock Bridge Brewing Co., waits for a beer keg to fill on Wednesday. The keg is full when the foam is dispensed, then the keg is pressurized, making sure no foam is left inside.
