The new cardiothoracic operating rooms at the Harry S. Truman Veterans' Hospital were shown to hospital staff Friday. The rooms will be used for procedures once they are sterilized and functional.
Robert Overstreet, an operating room technician, shows a new cardiothoracic operating room to other staff members and visitors at Truman Veterans Hospital on Friday. The staff had the chance to see the room before it is sterilized and becomes functional, when only certain members of the staff will have access.
