Chi Omega sorority house is being demolished

Demolition of the Chi Omega sorority house, built in 1922 was started Wednesday and is expected to continue for a couple of days. A new house will be built in its place.

Demolition is under way on the Chi Omega sorority house on Wednesday. Midland Wrecking Demolition was subcontracted for the job. MW Builders is in charge of construction for the new house.

Robert Mathews makes a video of the demolition of the Chi Omega sorority house on Wednesday. He drove by the site and decided to stop and record it. "This is cool to watch. It's not everyday you get to see something like this," he said.
