PHOTO GALLERY: Community track team sends 42 runners to national competition

Blue Thunder Track Club, a community track team in Columbia, was founded in 2005. Since then, its numbers have swelled. This year, the club is sending 42 runners to an AAU national competition.
Members of the Blue Thunder Track Club practice Thursday evening at the Hickman High School track field. The club started out with 7 athletes and has registered 151 this year, 42 of whom are going to nationals.
