Boone County Fire Protection District captain searches for 18-year-old in Missouri River

Capt. Chris Swisher of the Boone County Fire Protection District coordinates the search for an 18-year-old man Monday afternoon at the bank of the Missouri River. According to Swisher, nine people from the Boone County Fire Protection District participated in the search.
