PHOTO GALLERY: Rescue crews search for body of 18-year-old drowning victim in Missouri River

After nearly three hours of searching, officials found the body of an 18-year-old man who had fallen into the Missouri River on Monday afternoon.
Capt. Chris Swisher of the Boone County Fire Protection District coordinates the search for an 18-year-old man Monday afternoon at the bank of the Missouri River. According to Swisher, nine people from the Boone County Fire Protection District participated in the search.

According to the Jacksons, the 18-year-old man was from St. Louis and was in Columbia for the summer.
