Allison Frappier, 15, will compete with two of her dogs, Kasey and Chip, at the Boone County Fair. The fair will be held July 24–28 at the Central Missouri Event Center.
Kasey, a 7-year-old female beagle and blue heeler mix, does a dog dance with Allison Frappier on June 28 in Columbia Canine Sports Center. Kasey was rescued from a humane society at the age of one when Allison Frappier was 9.
